Ingredients
Small handful of spinach leaves, you can use frozen
0.5 medium avocado, peeled, stone removed and roughly chopped
100ml unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened oat milk
1 baby cucumber or 0.5 normal sized cucumber, roughly chopped
A few fresh kale leaves
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. If it's a little thick for your liking thin down with a little water.
