Ingredients
240g carrots, peeled and cut into chips
Rapeseed Oil Spray
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6
Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Spreadthe carrot batons over the baking tray and spray lightly with the rapeseed oil.
Bake for 12 minutes then turn the carrots over,return to the oven for another 8 minutes or until they start to caramelise.Best served hot
