Watching your waistline? These great alternative to potatoe chips go towards one of your 5 a day!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 240g carrots, peeled and cut into chips

  • Rapeseed Oil Spray

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6

  • Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Spreadthe carrot batons over the baking tray and spray lightly with the rapeseed oil.

  • Bake for 12 minutes then turn the carrots over,return to the oven for another 8 minutes or until they start to caramelise.Best served hot
