Super Quick Mackerel pate
The ultimate pate that is packed full of flavour and goodness. The horseradish sauce gives it that extra zing!

Ingredients
50g smoked mackerel fillet, skin removed
25g lightest cream cheese
½ tsp horseradish sauce
juice of 1 lime
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl.
Using a fork mash all of the ingredients together until evenly combined.
Serve with multigrain toasts or crispbreads.
This will keep in the fridge for 24 hours
