Super Quick Thin and Crispy Ham Pizza
Super quick pizza in minutes! A great way to use up tortilla wraps that are not as soft as they once were.

Ingredients
60g cooked ham, cut into strips
35g reduced-fat Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat mozzarella
1 large soft tortilla wrap
0.5 small red pepper, deseeded and diced
freshly ground black pepper
1 medium tomato, deseeded and diced
1 tsp Italian dried herbs
1.5 tbsps tomato puree
4 black olives, sliced (optional)
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas mark 6.
Place the tomato puree in a small bowl with the herbs and 2 tsps of water and mix well. Spread the tortilla wrap evenly with the tomato paste mixture.
Arrange the chopped ham, red pepper and the diced tomato over the pizza base.
Sprinkle over the cheese and olives if using. Then season with some freshly ground black pepper.
Place onto a pizza or baking tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and it starting to bubble.
Serve hot or cold
